Shipping, delivery and returns

At MADELEINE, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free shopping experience. You have a 14-day period to try on all items at your convenience. If a delivered item doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it or exchange it for another item.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 per order for shipping.

Payment

By credit card or Paypal within 14 days.

Returning goods

With MADELEINE, returning items is easy and risk-free. We offer free returns. Simply package your items securely and drop them off at your nearest parcel shop. Please ensure that the clothes are in new and unused condition, preferably with tags attached. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items. Once we receive your parcel, we'll take care of the rest, handling each item with care.

  1. Visit the MADELEINE returns page at https://returns.asendia.com/madeleine

  2. Enter your invoice number and the email address you used to place the order.

  3. Select the items you want to return and choose a return reason.

  4. Choose whether you want to return the parcel via Evri or Royal Mail and decide if you want to print the return label at home or in the parcel shop.

  5. Enter your postcode to find the nearest parcel shops.

  6. If you choose to print at home, we'll send you an email containing your return label.

  7. Drop off the parcel at your chosen location.

Once we receive your parcel, you’ll get the refund depending on your payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
